While the room was spacious and well-prepared, providing essential amenities like an electric kettle and flat-screen TV, an unfortunate power outage significantly detracted from the overall experience. It's noteworthy that the host was exceptionally attentive, offering updates and support throughout the situation. The guesthouse's beautiful grounds and proximity to a mall for convenient shopping enhance its appeal. The noise from neighboring guests could disrupt the tranquility that many travellers seek, especially after a long journey. Despite these inconveniences, the guesthouse offers free parking and housekeeping services, contributing to its potential value, particularly for those budget-conscious guests. While there were notable shortcomings, if management addresses the noise levels and power reliability, BougainVilla could provide a more balanced experience of comfort and cost, making it a worthwhile consideration for future travels.
